If you accept a written quote from SOS Cleaning & Co., the cleaning-service terms attached to or incorporated into that quote govern the service. Please read that quote and its terms before accepting. To the extent of any inconsistency about the service itself, the accepted written quote and its service terms take priority over these website terms.

2. Quote requests are not bookings

Submitting the website quote form does not confirm a booking, availability, service date, scope or price. It gives us information so we can assess the request, ask questions where needed and prepare a written quote.

A cleaning-service arrangement is only confirmed when SOS Cleaning & Co. issues a written quote or other written confirmation and the customer accepts it in the manner provided.

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and useful. Service descriptions, availability, service areas and other website information may change from time to time.

General website information is not a substitute for the specific scope, price, timing and conditions contained in a written quote. If there is a difference, the written quote or written confirmation for the particular job applies.
