Walk-through, or photos if you are not home. Bond and first cleans get a look before we lock a number.

Written price the same weekday. Fixed where we can. We say so if it has to stay hourly.

Clean
One of us is on the job or checking it. If something is missed, we come back.

- Do you guarantee the bond?
- We clean to the agent checklist you send. If they flag our work, we return and fix it. Wear-and-tear already on the report is not on us.
- Do I need to be home?
- No. Key, lockbox or an on-site contact. Tell us about pets and alarms.
- What do you bring?
- Products and equipment. Say if you want scent-free or your own products.
- How do I pay?
- Invoice after the job. Bank transfer.
