A turnover depends on the property and the time available
A guest checkout can leave different work from one stay to the next. Tell us the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, expected turnovers, normal departure and arrival times, and any recurring problem areas. We can then discuss a service scope and scheduling arrangement suited to the property. Same-day work depends on the actual time window and availability and is confirmed only in writing.
Common points to agree before the first clean
- Bathrooms, kitchens and agreed living areas
- Floors, accessible surfaces and high-touch points
- Linen change and laundry responsibility where quoted
- Guest consumables and who supplies replacement stock
- A host checklist or photo report if requested and agreed
- Keys, access and a contact for unexpected issues
- Time window between checkout and the next guest
- How extra cleaning after a difficult stay is approved
Linen, supplies and reporting need clear ownership
A turnover clean can include linen changes or restocking, but these are not automatic inclusions. Let us know whether fresh linen and supplies will be on site, whether laundering is needed, and whether you want a checklist or photo report. We will describe the agreed responsibilities, scope and any limits in the quote. Property management, guest communication and emergency call-outs are separate from a routine clean unless expressly agreed.
