Prepare the property for the moment people first see it
Listing photos and inspections draw attention to light, surfaces and details that daily use can hide. Tell us when the property will be photographed or shown and which areas need attention. We assess the condition and agree a practical cleaning scope for the available time; any service date remains subject to availability and written confirmation.
Items you may want assessed
- Kitchens, splashbacks and visible bench surfaces
- Bathrooms, mirrors, fixtures and accessible surfaces
- Floors and high-traffic areas
- Dusting of accessible fittings and skirtings
- Internal glass, tracks and blinds where quoted
- Marks, build-up or detailed areas identified before quoting
- Vacant property or lived-in presentation priorities
- Agent or photographer requests shared before the clean
Pre-sale presentation or end of lease?
A pre-sale clean is planned around how a property will look for photographs and visitors. An end-of-lease clean is usually assessed against a vacate condition and, where provided, an agent checklist. Tell us which outcome you need so we can assess the right work. If you are moving out, see our bond and end-of-lease cleaning page; the tasks are not automatically interchangeable.
