End-of-lease cleaning with the scope made clear
Vacating a property can involve very different levels of cleaning. SOS Cleaning does not assume that every home, agent checklist or tenancy needs the same package. We assess the information you provide, clarify anything that may require inspection, and issue a written quote stating what is included.
Common items we can include
- Kitchen surfaces and accessible cabinetry where included
- Bathrooms, toilets, showers and fixtures
- Vacuuming and mopping of agreed floor areas
- Dusting of accessible surfaces, skirtings and fittings where included
- Window tracks, internal glass or other detailed items where quoted
- Agent checklist items that fall within the agreed scope
- Wall cleaning only where assessed and specifically included
- Additional or specialist items priced separately where required
About bond outcomes
SOS Cleaning cleans to the agreed scope; we do not present the website as a blanket “bond-back guarantee”. Existing damage, wear and tear, permanent staining, mould, odours or conditions outside the quoted cleaning scope may not be removable through ordinary cleaning. Nothing on this page limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If your agent has provided a checklist, send it with the enquiry and identify wall marks, window tracks, oven interiors and other detailed items that need assessment.
